"For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home." Matthew 25:35 (NLT)

The children of Ethiopia are facing a critical situation - and many of these little ones are in Addis Ababa, in the neighborhood surrounding Hannah's Hope.

If you could see with your own eyes what the children of Ethiopia have to go through every day to survive, it would break your heart.

Ethiopia has been ravaged by HIV and poverty, leaving the country's children without food, shelter, clothing, and education.

That's why I want to tell you and all of our friends about what All God's Children International is doing to help and how you can become involved.

To have an impact on the children in the community surrounding Hannah's Hope Ethiopia, we are raising $83,520 to provide for the care of 232 children for an entire year.

This amount provides:

......and most of all, hope, for these precious little ones.

The odds are truly stacked against these little ones, and the statistics are definitely not in their favor:

One in ten children die before their first birthday.
One in six children die before their fifth birthday.
60 percent of children in Ethiopia are stunted because of malnutrition.
1.5 million people in Ethiopia are infected with HIV (sixth highest country in the world).
720,000 children have been orphaned by AIDS alone, and there are 4.6 million orphans in Ethiopia.
Half the children in Ethiopia will never attend school. 88 percent will never attend secondary school.
Ethiopia's doctor to children ratio is 1 to 24,000
